Terms of Use

1. The service

Aureus is a web workspace for gold (XAUUSD) traders: market monitoring, a daily AI-generated briefing, risk and position-size calculators, a trading journal, session statistics, news and a backtesting lab with simulated paper trading. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.

2. Access and accounts

• Accounts are opened by invitation. Submitting the Early Access form puts you on the list; it does not create an account or any right to one.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
• An account is personal. Keep your password and two-factor authentication private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Plans and prices will be published before any paid access starts. You will not be charged without first seeing the price and the terms that apply to it, and agreeing to them.

3. Information only

Aureus provides market information and analysis tools for educational purposes. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything, and it does not know your full financial situation. Aureus never connects to your broker account and never places, modifies or closes trades; Signal Lab paper trading is a simulation. You alone decide whether and how to trade. Read the Risk Disclosure before relying on anything shown in Aureus.

4. Your content

What you enter in Aureus, such as journal entries, notes, screenshots, settings and strategies, remains yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and show it to you in order to run the service. We do not sell it or share it with other users.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not try to access accounts or parts of the service you are not authorised to use.
• Do not interfere with the service, overload it, or bypass its security or rate limits.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute data, reports or other content from Aureus, or use it to build a competing product.
• Do not submit false or someone else's details, in the Early Access form or anywhere else.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

6. Third-party data and services

Prices, calendars, news and other market data come from third parties and may be subject to their own terms. Charts use TradingView Lightweight Charts™ under its license. Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we cannot guarantee it.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, calculators are estimates, backtests describe the past, and AI-generated text can contain mistakes. We do not guarantee that the service is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Intellectual property

The Aureus name, logo, design, software and content belong to their owner. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.

10. Ending use

You can stop using Aureus and ask us to close your account at any time by writing to aureuspro.office@gmail.com. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects account holders, we will tell them by email before it takes effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Courts in Serbia have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
